Great location in a very quiet neighborhood. Have stayed at many properties - this one is very nice. A little quirky of a layout. Kinda like 5 “half” floors - kitchen on lower level. Lots of steps and landings. Definitely had to watch your step! Private baths with each bedroom a big plus!! Unit could use a bit of tlc, but nothing major. Enjoyed our stay very much!
Everything about this property was as good as advertised and as previous reviews stated. I had such great communication prior with Bob that I did not need to contact him for anything during our trip. My family enjoyed it. Location was excellent. We will be renting this property again whenever the next time we visit D.C for certain.
We definitely recommend this property.
Our party of 2 adults and 3 teens had plenty of room to spread out and relax during our time in the home. The location was perfect. Walking distance to most of the DC attractions and a quick Uber to everything else. We drove into the city and parked at Union Station and then walked to the home. There was a small grocery store just around the block that came in handy. The home was well stocked. - even with umbrellas that we had to borrow. The house could have used a few minor fixes in a few areas but we overlooked that because of the age of the house and since we were so close to the things we wanted to see. The stairs might be problem for families with older visitors or very young children but not a problem for us.
Convenient to everything. This property was even better than expected & well stocked with everything we needed.
My family of 6 enjoyed our vacation to Washington DC. This home is in an excellent location. It met all of our needs. We highly recommend this home for future visitors.
Wonderful home and area. There is a grocery store around the corner which was great for eating in. Walking distance to everything or a short Uber drive for those that don't like to walk much. The only reason we didn't give it five stars were because of the birds nesting above one of the rooms. It kept us awake so night and you can see the nest needs to be removed as it is visible from the ceiling. We would still recommend and would stay here again if we come back to D.C.
