About this property

We offer a very spacious 1200 sq ft private garden level apartment complete with kitchen, living room, bath, two private bedrooms, big scenic windows and a private entry. Our family lives upstairs. Come collect fresh chicken eggs for breakfast, pet our horses, watch our ducks swim or sit around a fire pit in the evenings. 1-hour drive to Yellowstone's East entrance. Enjoy scenic mountain views, a BBQ, a fire pit, restful quiet evenings and a taste of small family ranch life.

Home away from home

We loved staying at the ranch. It was a very cozy place and had excellent views. The laws are very hospitable and full of exploration ideas. My son played catch with their dog tink for hours and had a blast, she was even very gentle with the baby. Very considerate people even offered to put the dogs up if we were uncomfortable. It was not a problem sweetest pups ever. Plan to rent from them again, cause Cody was a blast.

Perfect Ranch Getaway

The basement is is massive. Tons of room to spread out. Owners are fantastic. Be sure to get some farm fresh eggs and purchase some beef from them. The pups love to play fetch. Cody is a picture perfect western town. Be sure to catch a rodeo while in town and eat at Irma’s.

No better place to stay in Cody to see the real Cody. Mark and Amy's place has awesome mountain views all around and they will show you how friendly the people of Cody can be.
