Balcony Two is a very large deck out the back, with BBQ Facilities overlooking the garden. The yard is fully fenced and completely separate with a large grassed area.
Dogs are more than welcome as long as they are well behaved, don't dig nor bark

There is off road parking for two vehicles.

There is nothing better than a late morning rise, short stroll to breakfast taking in the beautiful views of the lake and its surrounds, let the children play on the swings or paddle in the shallow water whilst the adults enjoy a superb cup of coffee.

Great Stay in a nice hosue well located

We love this property as it works well for the family and enjoy its close proximity to the lake. Clean and tidy house, lots of bedding, and an excellent yard for our dog. A quiet and peaceful house with large balconies, perfect for relaxing with a view over the lake. Smiths Lake is a great place for relaxing holidays with the family. Our dog has the best holiday on the lake and the house proximity allows him to enjoy his holiday- more than us. We will be back Thank you.

Special birthday celebrations

We booked so that my, adult, family and our dogs were all together to celebrate a special birthday. The house was well equipped and gave us the opportunity to do everything we wanted to as a family, while having our dogs with us. There are lots of dog friendly beaches nearby. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is big enough for 5 adults. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Overall, it fell short of expectations. Every time I moved, I heard a sound from the bed and the sound of water being used downstairs was too loud

Fantastic lakeside cottage

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas with our family. The cottage is well located and dog friendly. Excellent outdoor areas. It is well located near beaches, cafes and the lake. Jeff is a great host and communicates very well.
