Living close by to the apartment we have an opportunity to enjoy the relaxed, holiday atmosphere a few times during the year when the apartment is vacant. Evertything is just so close to the apartment. Out of the building and virtually you are on the beach. There is a coffee shop as you step onto the street, boutique shops and the choice of restaurants would take you weeks to visit them all. The Mooloolah Harbour is across the road with more restaurants and boat charters for diving, fishing and sightseeing. If you love seafood it takes about a 10 minute walk to the best fresh and cooked seafood markets you will find in this part of the world.
What makes this Apartment unique
We chose this property as it is one of the closest buildings to the beach. The apartment is on the north eastern side of the building so catches all the breezes, enjoys the sun in winter. It is such a little gem as you are in walking distance to everything Mooloolaba has to offer and you can truly park your car in the secure covered carpark and forget it until you are ready to go home.
