Welcome to our remodeled, one bedroom, one bathroom condo located in the main building of Mountain Green Ski and Golf Resort. Located just steps to Killington Resort (seriously, you can walk in 5 min or take the free shuttle in the winter) our condo offers every amenity you could desire for your holiday. Step into the open floor dining area and living room with access to the renovated and fully equipped kitchen. You can relax on the couch (which also pulls out to reveal a comfy sofa bed) and watch your favorite streaming shows on our smart TV, enjoy the electric fireplace, or ask Alexa to play your favorite music. Enjoy a complimentary cup of espresso, Lungo, or cappuccino from the wide range of Nespresso coffee blends, or a cup of Keurig coffee. Just down the hallway is the master bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom features a combo tub and shower which is great if you have small kids. The bedroom features a comfy bed as well as smart TV with streaming services; if you wish, our white noise machine can help you create a more relaxing environment to promote high-quality sleep. For those who may prefer the comfort of down, extra pillows with hypoallergenic white down are available in one of the bedroom closets. If you need space for one more person, we have a memory foam rollaway that is surprisingly comfortable. (NOTE: All amenities operate with a seasonal schedule. Please see below.)

Our condo is in the main Building 3 of the condo complex and where all the amenities are, except for the outdoor pool, of course. You can take a dip in the heated indoor pool, sit in one of the hot tubs, steam in the sauna, work out in the weight room or cardio gym, play some racquetball (is that still a thing?), shop in the ski shop and even grab a bite in the onsite restaurant - all without ever stepping outside. Our one bedroom condo sleeps four people in one queen bed and one sleeper sofa and features a full bathroom with shower/tub.

You cannot beat the location of Mountain Green Resort! Just steps to Killington Mountain, you can take the free shuttle in the winter or make the 5 minute walk. We're also walking distance to the Killington golf course. You'll also be on the main access road in Killington and close to all the bars, shops and restaurants.

During the peak ski season weekends, the shuttle bus picks up every 10 minutes at the door and takes you right to the base of the mountain. If you're adventurous, you can also make the five minute walk to Snowshed. In the summer, you can walk to the golf course or bike to the base of snowshed to start your adventure.

• The gym is open every day. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are currently open on weekends only through Thanksgiving. All indoor amenities will be open daily from Thanksgiving through Easter.
• The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to the end of March. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
• The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2.
• There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with an J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
• Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings (Building 1, 2 and 3). The condos share common hallways and elevators.
• Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner's association requirement and we appreciate your cooperation.
• The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the “taste” of well water.
• This condo has an electric fireplace.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
