About Jenny Green
Old Dadswell Town was created in 2004 and all built by Max and I to resemble an old Aussie Town. Our hobby is building and driving Hotrods and when we can get away ourselves, love nothing more than cruzing around our great country.
Jenny Green purchased this Cottage in 2003

Cosy pet friendly cottage
We spent a relaxed night in one of the cottages set in this unusual but interesting old town setting on our return journey to Melbourne after travelling in South Australia. Clearly a lot of effort has gone into setting up an old town environment in a dry desert area with lots of interesting memorabilia, giving it almost a 'wild west' atmosphere. Jenny was quite happy for us to look around and explore her set up. Our small dog was a bit uncertain about all the kangaroos / wallabies in the immediate area though!
Outside with nature
Quaint old town themed cottages set on acreage on the edge of the Grampians. Good walks with kangaroos and wallabies around. Pet friendly accomodation which was our main reason for staying. Glad we did.
Interesting place but love it!
The place is nice and clean.
Absolutely Outstanding and Excellent!!
Extremely unique and fantastic in every possible way.. We'll be back for sure!! Can not recommend Old Dadswell Town enough.
We loved having you and your family stay with us, thank you for your lovely review, and Max and I would love to host you again when your next visiting the Grampians area.
Interesting place to stop b/t Melb-Adelaide. Man cave haven! Great spot/kangaroos abound. Gr8 hosts
We enjoyed our brief stop here. Perfect for our needs-interesting place, lots to see incl photos of disastrous Bush fires. A welcome respite from wheat fields and silos! Jenny a welcoming host as was her son. Place we stayed in could do with a Venetian dust but that's bring pretty picky :) bring your own food plenty of refrigeration and storage/cooking facilities, not much dining wise close! Would recommend and would return. Thanks
Tranquil Enjoyable Stay
We had a lovely stay at Old Dadswell Town. Our hosts, Max and Jenny were lovely. There if we needed them. But otherwise very non-intrusive. Gave us some district information. Quirky and interesting and would be a great place to bring kids. Clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days RnR.
Only 30 mins from Horsham , Halls Gap and Stawell.
