The Space:

Anglesea Heights provides luxury accommodation in an elevated location along the Great Ocean Road in Anglesea. This stunning property has everything a family needs when choosing a prestigious weekend or holiday getaway. Spread over 3 levels, this beautifully appointed home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The first level consists of a Queen size bedroom, plus a further 2 bedrooms, family bathroom, 2 WC's and laundry. On the top floor is the private King size bedroom with large ensuite and powder room. The main living room is an expansive deck showcasing amazing ocean views, complemented by an outside hot water shower after a day at the beach. The kitchen, with a large stone bench (and USB device charge points), has a full range of appliances (e.g. Nespresso coffee machine, juice mixer & café press & WIFI) ample crockery and cutlery to suit all guests. The balcony has a Weber Q gas BBQ to enjoy a bite to eat whilst soaking in the beach view on the balcony. The property is all within a 5 minute walk to the patrolled beach and surf club. With Netflix and WIFI this property really is a rare find and offers luxury in a peaceful setting.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive an email providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
