Quiet and off the grid environment, competen host, country nostalgia, plenty of fresh farm produce.
The friendly hosts understand the city dweller needs. Hands on farm activities are part of the experience within our stay, it is worth to explore the nearby National Park. We managed to spot satellites flew past at late evening during star gazing. Macadamia nuts are plentiful if you know how to crack it.
Amazing restored Victorian cottage in a beautiful peaceful location
The host went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, also gave us fresh goat milk (literally milked an hour before) and feta for breakfast. Wish we could stay longer. Totally recommend and would be back.
Just the change of pace we were looking for!
Beautiful countryside to nourish your soul. My 9 year old son loved the farm environment, we loved the wood fire and bird life. Pam and Andrew were generous hosts, shared their knowledge and their farm fresh produce much to our delight. The area is chilly in the winter, come prepared, but the electric blankets and log fire keep you warm at night.
Quiet,secluded comfortable property.
We stayed for three nights and used the home as a base to explore the surrounding national parks and Comboyne area which is very pretty. The home is comfortable and quaint. Pamela and Andrew are great hosts with fresh milk and home made cheeses supplied, plus firewood.
We had a very enjoyable stay.
Immaculate, quiet and beautiful
Overflowing basket of vegetables, home made yoghurt and fabulous silky soap left for us. Comfy beds, adequate sink space and manicured garden. Weather too hot and wet to explore far so we simply enjoyed the seclusion.
Such a cosy and beautiful cottage! Our German Shepard loved it just as much as we did!
