- If you discover any damage, it is important to please call William Mills immediately on 0414 232 715 and we will fix it immediately if possible,
- If you accidentally break a glass or a plate, please let me know as we do not charge for life’s misadventures.

We are travellers ourselves and we choose to stay with other Stayz owners when we are away. We often pick up little ideas that we incorporate into our unit as we want our apartment to fell like a home away from home. We stay in the property ourselves every 6 to 8 weeks and we ensure that everything is in good working order and it is maintained to our high standards of cleanliness.

Why William Mills chose Tea Gardens
We bought this property because we loved it's location. Our building has a reliable lift and secure car parking. It is ideal for people with disabilities. It's an easy drive 2 hour from Sydney via the freeway and is an ideal weekend getaway. We love having fish & chips on the river bank or having breakfast in a cafe over the river. The river is 100 metres away and the beach is 5 minutes by car. What more could you ask!
What makes this Apartment unique
In our travels we find that cleanness is a big issue. We maintain our property to our own high standards of cleanliness and you will often see this aspect mentioned in our reviews. Our mattress protectors and pillow protectors are cleaned on a regular basis and the beds are sanitised regularly. Many of our guests will only stay with us when they come to the area, as they have had problems in the past with properties that are not maintained properly.
