Water views from the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Totally renovated and refurbished 1st floor, 3 bedroom apartment situated on popular Blairgowrie's shopping strip that sleeps 5 adults.

Off street secure parking for 2 cars, leave your car and walk across the road to the beach or downstairs to the various restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarket. Situated at the quieter residential end of the strip.

Bedrooms consist of:

Main Bedroom - King Size Bed with BIR, ceiling fan and wall heater.

2nd Bedroom - King Size Bed with BIR, ceiling fan and wall heater.

3rd Bedroom - King Single Bed with WIR, freestanding tower fan and wall heater.

Sleeping configurations will be accommodated for each individual booking. The apartment can be booked as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment.

All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, shower mat, face washers, t towels and table place mats are provided.

Beach towels are not provided.

Open plan new, modern kitchen, dining and lounge areas.

Fully equipped Kitchen complete with breakfast bench area, modern stainless steel appliances including fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, there is also a Nespresso coffee machine.

Living area with a new 60" flat screen TV, Blueray DVD, BOSE Bluetooth Wireless Speaker and Stereo System. Wifi is available at the property.

Split system air conditioner/heating unit in open area.

New block out blinds throughout apartment.

European laundry with separate washing machine and dryer, also ironing facilities.

Separate powder room and modern bathroom with large shower.

Outdoor BBQ area, with meals/bar area and sitting area, all undercover.

Outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the beach.

Private access to property through Village Lane and via external stairs.

RULES:

Due to recent ‘Short Stay Rental Accommodation’ requirements all Holiday Rental Properties in Victoria have to abide by new Local Laws and Code of Conduct and are automatically registered with local Policing Agents.

Please be aware that due to this fact the property is covered by a No Complaint Clause, whereby the Bond is only refunded should there be no complaints from surrounding properties, due to excessive noise or antisocial behaviour, with a resulting fine being the total loss of bond.

If Police are called out to the property due to a complaint a cost of $500 per visit will be paid from your Bond.

Great Blairgowrie Apartment!
This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment with our two kids and we had forgotten how great it is! Super-convenient for coffee, beach, groceries and exploring the local area and the apartment is big enough to be very comfortable. Tess is a great host, very responsive and has thought about all the little things that make a stay just like home.
