Due to recent ‘Short Stay Rental Accommodation’ requirements all Holiday Rental Properties in Victoria have to abide by new Local Laws and Code of Conduct and are automatically registered with local Policing Agents.
Please be aware that due to this fact the property is covered by a No Complaint Clause, whereby the Bond is only refunded should there be no complaints from surrounding properties, due to excessive noise or antisocial behaviour, with a resulting fine being the total loss of bond.
If Police are called out to the property due to a complaint a cost of $500 per visit will be paid from your Bond.
