The property itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the views are amazing. The area was nice and quiet which was perfect for the family and just a short drive to multiple beaches. All for a very reasonable price.

Beautiful view and lovely property. There were a few small improvements on the property needing to be made but we had a fantastic stay.
amazing location and views
Our family really enjoyed the place, really great views and very quiet neighbourhood. also was a bonus to have the aircon work really well on the crazy hot weather. only criticism is the aircon unit outside makes the outside room very hot so it was not possible to use that room in the summer if the aircon is on. the neighbours next door were also friendly and helpful, even giving us a heads up that there is a local brown snake lingering around and told us to watch out. thankfully there were no dramas. Rundown, Poorly Maintained, We booked for 5 nights and left after 1
This property probably looked like its pictures about five years ago. Since then it's clear that no basic maintenance has been done. In addition, when we rang the emergency after hours line due to the air-conditioning not working on a 32 degree day, no one picked up. When the property manager, Maria, eventually rang back at 8:30pm, she kept asking me 'what do you want me to do?' I would have thought part of her job was knowing what to do, but apparently not.
On our arrival, after a long, hot journey, we found the following:
One of the garage doors didn't work. Maria informed me that it had been cleaned only a week ago, because cleaning something and making it work are the same, apparently.
The cups in the cupboard had not been cleaned after the last people left. I understand asking people to clean before they leave but this should be checked.
Not so much as a small carton of long life milk in the fridge for a much needed cup of tea after a long journey.
The AC unit had no power. There were no instructions on how to switch on the power. After about an hour I finally found an outside 3ph switch which Maria said must have been turned off by the last people. She also said she checked the property. (How did she not see that the entire control panel has no power?)
After the AC was on it didn't blow any air upstairs unless it was on full, and then it was barely a breeze. Maria insisted that it was new. I believe her but being new and having a strong enough fan to service the property are two different things. By early morning the next day, the entire top floor was hot even with the AC on full blast. Part of the reason we got a place with air con was because my 4 month old would need it to be able to sleep during the day - clearly not possible in this place.
The sheets on my bed had a tear, the bathroom light had blown a globe, the fridge seemed to be leaking, random furniture (including a large fold-up picnic table) being stored in the bedrooms, only one proper bed (fold-up beds in the second bedroom) and there were large weeds in the garden. Alone these are not big deals but together they point to a complete lack of care.
After Maria's excuses-laid phone call, we left and found a new place to stay. We lost a lot of money because this property has a 60 day no-refund cancelation policy but I'm still glad we left - this place was disappointing and Maria even more so.

After inspecting the property after you left with another colleague, we found that the air conditioner and the roller door was working. There is an information booklet left on the kitchen table for guests with all the manuals that are associated with the property. Property is advertised with 2 single Fold up beds and the gardener had been at the property doing regular maintenance about a week before.
It is unfortunate that you were not happy with the accommodation and chose to leave but prospective guests can see by all our previous reviews that everyone who has stayed at the property enjoyed it and was happy with the accommodation.
This review that I have included is from the guest that stayed at the property after your departure. ***Fantastic spot with amazing views of marina. Close walk to beach. The townhouse itself is clean and spacious and has everything you need and more. Communication with Maria was 10/10.***

great place with a great view
This place was great ! it was very tidy and clean, the area was nice and peaceful and taking in the view of the boats and ships was great, not to mention the amazing sunsets you get to see whilst sitting in the backyard. Plenty of space in this double story townhouse with a fantasic and very comfortable king size bed. I had a great stay there and would highly reccomend it. I'll definitely be heading back to stay !
Very quiet and relaxing stay. Lovely water view. Everything you need there. Only thing that could improve it is the blinds in bedroom a lot if light getting in during night.
North Haven is a north-western suburb of Adelaide 20 km from the CBD. It is adjacent to Osborne and Outer Harbor. A small residential area that lies north of the Gulf Point Marina is often referred to as being a part of Outer Harbor (though it still lies within the boundaries of North Haven).
The suburb is served by a retirement village on Military Road, a small shopping centre on Osborne Road, that has many retail stores and is home to a supermarket, a chemist and a Bakery as well as other restaurants and businesses. The western coastal side of the suburb contains a newly constructed Surf Lifesaving Club (completed in 2007), and the Gulf Point Marina which is home to a large sailing community. The marina, lined with exclusive houses, is protected by two artificial breakwaters. Attached to the marina is the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia, one of Adelaide's largest yacht clubs, whilst around the entrance to the Port River lies the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron.
The 330 bus services both Lady Gowrie and Osborne Roads and Osborne and Victoria Roads. The Outer Harbor railway line terminates at Outer Harbor railway station, which is actually in North Haven. The suburb is serviced by two more train stations, North Haven railway station and Osborne railway station.
