BED AND BREAKFAST - DELIGHTFUL 2 BEDROOM ACCOMMODATION
About Sue Gray
Hi, I'm Sue and I opened Beyers B&B in 2015. I was born, grew up and educated in Bathurst before moving to Perth where I had my children and worked in the hospitality industry for many years doing a variety of roles including Catering Officer for large a corporate organisation, Banquet Team Leader at University of WA, and worked for a few years in a hotel which had accommodation. I moved back to Bathurst for family reasons and purchased this home which was previously operating a B&B. Since being here I have refurbished the B&B making it very homely for guests to enjoy.
Sue Gray purchased this Bed And Breakfast in 2015
Why Sue Gray chose Kelso
I love the location of this property and live in the front part of the house. The B&B is under the main roof but separate from our living area and has its own separate entry and keys. We love the peace and quiet of this neighborhood and the birds which visit the bird feeder and bath. The B&B has views over the basin and to Mt Rankin and some fantastic sunsets. Its an easy 3 minute drive to the Bathurst CBD and 6 kms to Mt Panorama. Being a local I know all the good spots to visit and where to eat out. Local tours can be arranged.
What makes this Bed And Breakfast unique
I live here and work here which is great. We love the backyard view to the hills in the distance and the country outlook. We take our dogs walking on the paths through the paddocks where there are horses and some houses backing onto the paddocks have farm animals grazing. The Macquarie River is about 1.5km away. Great for walks or cycling.

We are a family with 3 children and stayed here over the school holidays. Sue is a wonderful host and we felt welcome and looked after. Highly recommended and if we are ever in Bathurst this would be our first goto. Breakfast is included and makes for a great day ahead.
Great location and very comfortable accommodation.
We stayed for 2 nights. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to stay in Bathurst. Far more enjoyable then staying in a hotel.
Thanks for staying Beau, we are glad you and your friends had a great time in the B&B over the weekend. See you again soon.
Home away from home.
I loved our stay. All the little things that were set up in the house really made it feel like home. Sue is very friendly and generous host. The place is exceptionally clean. And have I mentioned breakfast. I felt very spoilt that breakfast was laid out for me. It was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to book again and recommend it to friends and family. Many thanks Sue.
It was an absolute pleasure to host Kylieanne and Monique for the weekend. Lovely to meet you and hope to see you again next time you come to Bathurst.
Thanks to Sue and the beautiful accommodation at Beyers B&B. We had an extremely comfortable stay for our family of five and even had room for nan and pop to join us for an excellent breakfast in the morning. Everything we needed was there and it really was like a home away from home. We will gladly return next time our girls are playing soccer at Proctor Park. Wonderful stay. Alison and Brendan.
Thanks for coming to stay in the B&B and glad you enjoyed your weekend of sport and relaxation with your family here in Bathurst. See you next time! Sue
