Oak View Mobile Home

The manager was excellent. She went out of her way to be helpful and to see that we had everything we needed. The unit we stayed it was very new and clean. We stayed in a mobile that was fenced for our dog but it had not been maintained and full of burs, etc. So we did not use it. The TV and wi-fi was a nightmare. We got netflix and nothing else. We had outages and I used a lot of data on my phone when I should had reliable wi-fi. Make sure you understand how to use the TV before you let the manager get away. She had to make three trips to get it to work. Then it was intermittent. The traffic was noisy because we were on a corner of two main roads. With gas at over $4 a gallon there were many motorcycles zooming by in the morning and evening. Even with these problems we enjoyed our stay and sitting out on the front porch. We would stay again.

An Excellent Month in Oak View

My wife and I spent a month at this place. It was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The community was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The countryside is beautiful. The lovely town of Ojai is a short drive away, and Ventura and the beautiful beach is but a fifteen minute drive away. Tarek was helpful and professional. I highly recommend this property.

Very peaceful environment

Great place to stay. Spacious and had everything you will need to live comfortably. Community is very quiet and drive through the mountains are amazing. Tarek was professional and I would highly recommend this property.
