About George Kyprianou
My wife and i love travelling and have been all over the world. The best places we have stayed at have been in owners homes and getting locals views on good restaurants, cafes etc can make a trip memorable. This was one of the reasons we decided to create our own holiday house.
George Kyprianou purchased this House in 2014
Why George Kyprianou chose Brunswick Heads
Our house is a place to unwind and relax. It is unique that it is so close to everything from restaurants, cafes and the beach plus the river, but it is quiet and you feel that you are in a secluded part of the world. Fishing, swimming, good restaurants and cafes can be found in Brunswick heads and we can help you out to find the best ones. Or if you like bush walking or markets, they are all so close.
What makes this House unique
Brunswick Heads is a small town with a world class picture house that has entertainers from all over the world performing in it. If you get restless, you can go diving, hot air ballooning, sky diving or a 10 minute drive to Byron Bay if you crave night life.
No refunds for cancellations made after payment is made
The house is beautifully styled, clean and catered to all of our needs perfectly.
Thank you so much George and Kylie for providing us with the perfect retreat for our stay. It was beautifully presented and perfectly situated. Scotty is an added bonus with his visits and the garden is so well tended it was a joy to sit amongst.
Stunning place loved everything about it
George was a gracious host and scotty's morning visits were lovely we love brunswick and have stayed in a few locations but this was the most relaxing and peaceful we would most definitely recommend this to our friends and family and hope to come back soon. Thanks again for your hospitality Stephen and Kay
Thank you Kay and Stephen, you were lovely quiet guests who we would welcome back without hesitation. Thank you for leaving the house clean and tidy. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, Scotty still pops over looking for you. George and Kylie
Beautiful place to stay in Brunswick Heads
Wonderful position and a beautiful private extension of the main house. George and Kylie are wonderful hosts, more than happy to provide useful information about the local area and they give a great overview of cafes and restaurants. i have the feeling they read people well and would recede into the background should they sense people want time to themselves. Kylie has done a wonderful job with the gardens and the accomodation is clean fresh and relaxing. I already miss the place and look forward to a return visit.
A haven away from home
We had the most relaxing stay at Bruns Beach House. Not only were Kylie and George the most welcoming, attentive and helpful hosts their gorgeous lab “Scottie” was the icing on the cake, he’s a gem. There are so many positives about staying here, I wouldn’t know where to start.
Our daughter lives here in the Byron shire and hopefully this will be our “place to relax” when visiting her.
Thank you Vince and Val. You are most welcome to come back anytine. Thank you for leaving the house clean and for being a lovely couple. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Scotty misses you !
Beautiful home in tranquil and relaxing surrounds, close to great cafes and the beach
My husband and I recently spent an extremely relaxing week at George and Kylie’s beautiful home in Brunswick Heads. Just 5 minutes walk from outstanding cafes/restaurants (Fleet, Foot Bridge and Ethel - just to name some highlights) and the beach, the location is excellent. The home itself is surrounded by a tranquil subtropical garden and is a beautifully decorated timber cottage with everything you need for a weekend or a week. George and Kylie were warm and attentive hosts (never felt intrusive) who provided great recommendations for places to eat and drink around the region and Scotty the lab was a welcome addition to our morning coffee (often prepared by George) on the back deck. We could not recommend a stay at George and Kylie’s more, it was a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday - we will be back! 😁
Bruns Beach House is a haven of serenity. It is a beautiful light space to relax in whilst providing the perfect base from which to explore the Byron Bay region. It is also an easy walk to the local river and beach as well as great shops and restaurants. It has all the right ingredients for a wonderful seaside break.
