About Lisa Emrose
All businesses depend on quality people to drive success, and Rejuvenate Stays is no exception. Meet our founder, Lisa Emrose. Lisa comes from a service background in the corporate sector and started Rejuvenate Stays in response to discussions with property owners who felt there was a better way to manage their city and regional rental and investment properties. Lisa added the element of a more personalised service and a simple desire to provide an environment where guests feel good about all aspects of their stay. This service ethic begins at the initial enquiry experience across a portfolio of quality properties, enhanced by the support of a consistent point of contact along the way. Why Rejuvenate Stays? • Our critical point of differentiation is the utilisation of the full platform of booking agencies across the short term accommodation market to ensure properties have better representation, thus maximising bookings and occupancy to deliver better returns • A prime example of our service excellence is a tailored On Line Guide Book which is details everything guests need to know regarding the property and its region. Guests have access to everything they need to know about their stay, all at the touch of a button. • In order to ensure we maintain the highest possible ranking for our properties and to stay on top of our service-first approach, we ask our guests to complete a survey to tell us what they liked about their stay and to highlight areas where we can enhance the experience further. Rejuvenate Stays offers: • High quality properties, from chic city and urban apartments for a quick business trip or holiday to family beach and country homesteads escapes • A service first culture • A philosophy of genuine desire to provide great holiday experiences for all guests, as well as a drive to provide superior management for all property owners • An understanding of your need for a consistent point of contact and live access to booking details

Perfect Apartment for our Melbourne City Stay
Well positioned for access to Port Melbourne, St Kilda and the city. This apartment had everything we needed, even a secure parking spot.
The lifts seemed to be having problems, however building management were on the case so no need to report.
Michael who meet us was a good welcome and happy to share local knowledge.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review and so glad to have had you stay with us as you were such a lovely guest.
I hope we see you again.
One block from the beach. 15 mins by light rail to the city. Bliss
One of my go 2 options for pet friendly places backed by really good people who are in this profession for all the right reasons The systems and support staff are tried and tested 10/10 for me
Thanks for such a great feedback Vikki. We look forward to welcoming you back again anytime.
Fantastic with all we needed
Great location. Excellent for our family and dog. Will stay again if in Melbourne
Lovely to host you and your family Kylie . We'd be delighted to see you again soon.
We stayed at Urban Sea Drift for two nights to attend a wedding. The apartment is neat and tidy and well looked after. The location is great and is only an easy 5 minute walk to Bay Street which is where all the restaurants, cafe's and Bars are located.
The beds are very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed including tea and coffee. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we come to Port Melbourne and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment to stay in.
It was a pleasure to host you. Thank you for being in communication and leaving the apartment in a good condition. You're welcome back anytime!
Great location close to beach, city, shopping and cafes
Apartment was imaculate set on beautiful grounds with a heated undercover pool and gymnasium.
Thanks for your lovely feedback Anita and it was a pleasure to have you stay.
Kind Regards Lisa
Clean, tidy, spacious with comfortable bed., but a little dark in flat. Great to have use of gym and full length pool. Would have liked more information and instructions ( eg for coffee machine) and a few more cooking dishes.
Thanks so much for your feedback. All the house manuals are in the draw in the kitchen including for the coffee machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot, pans and dishes. Which cooking dishes were you after and I can certainly purchase those also? Appreciate you taking the time to share your experience of your stay and I hope we see you again.
Kind Regards Lisa

Getting around and where to go
A 2 minute walk and you will be at the beach. Set yourself up with a coffee or glass of wine at 3 Station Pier or Waterfront Port Melbourne and people-watch as the Spirit of Tasmania ferry arrives, and the international cruise ships dock.
• Gas Works Art Park
Take a quick walk to this popular arts complex which includes two theatres, three gallery spaces, a café and much more. Dogs are free to run around the park in the off leash areas. Take the kids to the playground whilst you enjoy a picnic, BBQ or take a jog on the walking track. You will love spending Saturday mornings at the Farmers market on the grass soaking up the vibrant atmosphere and sampling the very best of local Victorian produce. (Every 3rd Saturday of the month)
• A bit about Port Melbourne
The suburb is bordered by the shores of Hobsons Bay and the lower reaches of the Yarra River. Open parklands, bayside beaches, exclusive apartments and Bay Street's restaurants and cafes. The suburb also forms a major transport link from east to west, home to one end of the West Gate Bridge. Port Melbourne has undergone a major demographic shift in the past twenty years, from one of the cheapest and poorest suburbs in the City to one of the wealthiest. Many large apartment developments in Port Melbourne occupy large blocks of land, taking over large factories and warehouses such as the Urban Sea Drift Apartment development.
• Beacon Cove and Station Pier
Bring your designer gear and stroll (or jog) down the palm-lined path that hugs runs along the foreshore. Deviate past architect-designed houses and the high-rise apartment blocks overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Rehydrate in Beach Street's cafes, dress up for beachfront sunset drinks, or dip your toes in the water.
• Back in Bay Street
Step back from the beach to Bay Street. Quality coffee and the best French provisions at Noisette. Shop up a storm at Bay Street's swanky boutiques and absorb a spot of culture at MARS Gallery. The plethora of bars will set you up with frothy beers (boutique, naturally) and top-notch pub grub.
