駅から歩きだと意外と遠い…(信号があるため) やはり、チェックや出入りが面倒だった… が、自宅のように(ビジネスホテルに比べて)自由に過ごすことが出来て、良かったです。バスタブでゆっくり、ドラム式洗濯機を初体験できました。キッチンも色々使えて、良かったですが、キッチンペーパーがあると良かった…かも。我が家は受験で滞在しました。ビジネスホテルよりも自宅風で一人暮らし、な雰囲気が良かったです。行く前は、口コミの(部屋が汚い)とあったのは心配でしたが、それほど神経質に見回さなければ、、、な、感じです。

外を歩く人の声が聞こえるのが気になる。和室に2人分布団を敷くのはあと数センチ部屋が広いと良い。到着時にキッチンのコーヒーメーカーから水が漏れてカウンターがビチョビチョになっていた。それ以外はとても良かった。

新しい建物で基本的には快適でした。他の方の口コミのように、トイレの便器や風呂など一部掃除が行き届いてないと感じる部分はありましたが、アメニティもホテル同様に備えてあり風呂も広く、洗濯機や食器もあり不自由な部分はありませんでした。未就学の子供2人連れの宿泊でしたが充分だと感じました。(エレベーターはありません) 解錠については、チェックイン前日までに送られてくるメールで宿泊者情報など事前に登録しておくと短時間で済みます。
