About Adrian Kayman
I'm a coffee, wine and food fanatic from Melbourne Australia who's lived my entire life - more than half a century and counting - in Melbourne near the city along the bay. Additionally I travel regularly - at least a couple of times a year to Asia and Europe. I've come to understand what it is that makes a great stay - or a bad one. Now I strive to replicate the very best of my own travel accommodation experiences.
Adrian Kayman purchased this House in 2016
Why Adrian Kayman chose Saint Kilda West
I actually used to play on this squash court back in the day. The conversion to townhouses in the late 90's was interesting and innovative but this property was sadly neglected in the intervening 20 years. But the bones were really beautiful. Bringing it back to its former glory while preserving the vestiges of the former squash court was a bit of a labour of love. I'm delighted with the result - the house looks stunning and is really comfortable to stay in.
What makes this House unique
The townhouse is architecturally stunning. An imposing facade. Elegant front garden beds. A beautiful Tuscan style alfresco terrace. Most of all, the amazing height of the void above the living area and the timber and steel staircase that seems to ascend forever.

Very private home with formal gardens and spacious open plan living.
We stayed in winter and found the house surprisingly warm and cosy despite its size.
Would love to return in summer to enjoy the close location to the beaches and take advantage of the private outdoor spaces of the house.
Great space and facilities.
Home away from home
Fabulous entrance through beautiful leafy green paths and into a neat , light filled , comfortable home. Lots of comforts provided , comfy bedrooms and spacious modern bathrooms. Perfectly positioned for beach walks, coffee shops and delicious restaurants as well as the Palais theatre and Luba Park. Close to public transport too. Thankyou
The house was very appealing architecturally. Bathrooms were nicely appointed. Tv had Netflix and other amenities. We enjoyed our private court yard. Nice to lock the car in. We had a little trouble with traffic noise but we are not use to it. It was a great location.
Lovely home and very spacious. Adrian was very nice to work with. Walking distance to St Kilda beach and pier. Would rent again
Many thanks Ashok. I look forward to welcoming you guys back to The Court!
A great place to stay.
The apartment was clean and tidy with all the mod cons you could wish for. The pantry and fridge had enough supplies to meet your needs on arrival allowing you to go shopping the next day ed.for the special things you need. It is within walking distance of transport, hotels, clubs, cafes and restaurants. My family would stay there again when visiting Melbourne. Adrian was available if you needed him to solve a problem if it arose. We did not need him though.
Thank you for your very kind review. I'm delighted that you enjoyed your stay at The Court and hope to welcome you and your family back the next time you're in Melbourne.
