Booked this property, given a less impressive one

Very unhappy with this property/mgr. Booked this property & paid in advance but upon arrival the property manager actually checked us in to a different property altogether that was grotty, noisy, different configuration, old and by far less impressive...not "deluxe" at all. Very misleading and deceptive, and told us the property we booked and paid for was now occupied so we couldn't stay in it! We don't recommend these properties/managers at all.
