About this property

Single story contemporary home walking distance to hiking with very open floor plan. It sleeps 8,hardwood floors, granite counter tops, marble bathrooms. less than a mile to the beautiful Biltmore resort, very quiet neighborhood located in the Phoenix mountain preserve easy access to major freeways you will love the house and location,4 bedroom 3 bathroom. 2 out of the four bed rooms are master suites, there is one king-size sleep number bed the other three rooms have queen beds all brand-new mattresses. Gas grill heated pool, there is a thirty five dollar a day heating fee must let me know ten days in advance.
12 minutes from airport, 10 minutes to downtown Phoenix and 10 minutes to Scottsdale Fashion square. Absolutely no throwing parties at this house.

not up to verb standards

We have stayed at a dozen or so verb properties and this one was least nicest of them. All the dishes and cups were dirty, the sheets and towels were Lowe end and worn, the outside furniture was covered and we had to uncover and clean before we could use it. This could be a nice property but needs some tender loving care and a professional clean to bring it up.

Good location, fantastic house, wonderful host.

We (6 adults) met in Phoenix for the start of a trip around Arizona. The house was perfect for us. It was clean on arrival, very spacious, and each couple had a private bed and bath. The location was perfect with quick access to many of the sites and restaurants in Phoenix. Jeff was a great host, available and responsive to our questions . The only thing I might recommend would be instructions on using the pool heater. I would stay here again and would recommend it for others.

Beautiful rambler, pool, outdoor eating area and great view.

Contrary to what the posting says, this property does have wireless, although it is weak. There was generally no coverage outside in the back yard. Nice amenities. Would suggest new cotton sheets and new pillows. Beautifully decorated.
