A perfect place for 1 or 2 families with kids, or perhaps a ladies weekend getaway or gents golf weekend. No young groups under 25 please.

This holiday home is loved, clean and freshly painted with 3 yr old bedding and furniture for you to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment for your holiday getaway.

You will be impressed with the fully equipped huge kitchen including Microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, oven and gas stove top. We have included some basic pantry staples and first aid kit.

Open plan to the lounge with TV, DVD and movie library, a great place to sit back on the super comfy lounges and enjoy your time away.

You are welcome to use a few extra toys we have supplied including a Paddle boat (wheel it down to the bay) table tennis and a full size Video arcade machine with games from the 80's. Bungalow in the back yard is ideal for the kids to play and let the parents have some time out.

We have recently added an outdoor fire pit for warming you up, with chairs to sit around and enjoy some laughs with friends.

Bungalow is also fitted out with a separate room for 3 people to sleep in a double bunk (bottom) and single( top) and a comfy couch and TV. Air conditioner and heater split system.

Fully secure fencing all around the property with a remote control gate and parking for 3 cars.

Accommodation includes:

Master with Queen Bed and walk in robe and ensuite (no shower)

Second Bedroom has Queen Bed and Robes

Third bedroom has Double bed with bunk over top.

Bungalow has a double bunk with a single top bed, a couch and TV. Super private and fun for kids or another family. With a separate room for table tennis.

Dining has a setting for six people and a TV .

Main bathroom has a full size bath with shower over bath, and a toilet.

Laundry has a washing machine, trough, heated towel rail, and storage.

Split system air conditioner and wall heater. Spare fans for bedrooms. Air con split in bungalow.

All Doona's, Pillows, mattress protectors are very clean and supplied.
Bed sheets and towels are supplied for extra included in booking fees.

Outdoor setting and BBQ on huge decking. And swinging chairs for maximum relax time and comfortable adirondack chairs.

You will be close to local shops, supermarkets, Hospital, Kmart, Rosebud Hotel and RSL, Parks aplenty for the kids. There are abundant coffee shops and bars to spend your afternoons with friends.

The Tootgarook boat ramp is 2 minutes away.

Wineries and breweries aplenty nearby.
Peninsula springs and the back beaches for surfing are only a short drive. And every weekend you can find a market nearby.
