The 4 bedrooms upstairs all have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The open living/dining/kitchen area opens up to the alfresco patio whereby you can watch the kids playing on the lawn or in the pool. The yard is fully fenced and there's a large round trampoline in the front garden.
Balgowlah Heights is a peaceful and leafy suburb at the start of Sydney's Northern Beaches. Apart from in the heated backyard pool, you can go swimming at beautiful 40 Baskets beach (10 min walk) or the family-friendly Clontarf baths (15 min walk). The walk to Manly is only 3kms and takes you along the coastal path through North Harbour Reserve and past the Fairlight beaches.
From Balgowlah Heights, you can drive south to the famous Taronga Zoo (15 mins) and to the city of Sydney (30 mins), or north to popular Manly beach (5 mins) and on to one of the many other surf beaches towards Palm Beach (60 mins).
Stockland Balgowlah (5 min drive) has a Coles supermarket along with many other specialty shops, cafes and restaurants. Westfield Warringah Mall is a 10 minute drive and has numerous supermarkets, department stores, specialty shops, a cinema chain, restaurants and cafes.
