ABOUT THE VILLA
The villa is a unique design within the resort featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a shady patio out the back. The villa's two separate pods are joined by a large verandah with undercover outdoor dining.
The master bedroom pod features a queen bed and ensuite and opens onto the inter-connecting verandah. The second pod comprises the main open plan living, dining and kitchen area, a second bedroom and the main bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle, comfortably sleeping three.
The villa features polished floors and is stylishly furnished with European appliances including four burner cooktop, oven, microwave and espresso machine. It is air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout, full security screening and undercover parking. There is a separate laundry with top loader washer and dryer.
The large outdoor deck with shade sail includes a gas BBQ and built in seating. An additional deck at the back overlooks an expansive lawn and native bushland. This deck connects to a private patio with lounge seating and a hammock underneath the banksia trees. Here you can get close to plenty of local wildlife - kookaburras, honeyeaters, kangaroos and wallabies regularly visit the back garden.
We provide a number of items for your use to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, including games, bluetooth speaker, port-a-cot, tea, coffee, soaps and various other household items.

The villa is across the road from beautiful Home Beach and a short beach walk to two flagged beaches (Adder Rock and famous Cylinder Beach). The dive shop, a grocery store and the Straddie Pub are all within walking distance. There's also a bowls club next door and a skate bowl and park across the road. The bus stop is out the front of the resort and the bus runs regularly to meet the Straddie ferries.
