Unit was good. Comfortable beds. Cupboards smelt musty. First 3days very noisy. Renovating unit 3
Very clean. Comfortable beds. Toaster didn't work. Cupboards smelt very musty. First 3 days of noise as they were renovating unit directly under our unit. We couldnt hear TV nor our phones. Sounded like jack hammering tiles off floors and walls. Apart from that. We had a lovely time. Beatiful beach across the street. Shops in easy walking distance. We had a great time fe most of our stay.

Relaxing time away in a cozy apartment in a great location.
Kitchen needed some attention as some appliances are a bit old. Great beds and furniture

The photos look a lot nicer and more spacious than reality. The view was lovely and location is central and convenient. The owners made an effort to give it a face lift but cheap furniture does only so much. That being said the bed was comfortable.
There was a sign on the back of the entry door reminding you to lock the door always BUT this is only achievable when the door actually locks. Thankfully and added screen door that did lock gave some peace of mind.
Nice new curtains over old blinds just hid a mouldy issue. One curtain in the kitchen wouldn't even retract.
There were cockroaches running around which was a bit yuck but the worst part was the lack of heating. Being in Winter you would expect a good heater to do the job. There was a heater but it only had enough oomph to heat one room. We froze!
Hot water? I had the first shower that night and was out after 4 minutes as the hot water ran out! Checked the hot water service which is obviously leaking as there were towels under the plumbing.
Not a fan of giving negative reviews but this place needs help. Attention to detail makes all the difference.

Um ... not great.
Good location but we weren't told we had to pick up the keys at a property agent in the local shopping mall. I had to find that out by phoning. Good job we arrived when they were still open. And I had to remind them to refund my damage deposit. Not really good enough for a Stayz property. Might have overlooked all of the above, if there had been a heater supplied in the apartment and the shower didn't spray everywhere but in the shower cubicle. We were freezing and couldn't even warm up with a hot shower.

We do apologise for the misunderstanding with the keys. All guests do get emails sent, 24-48hrs prior to check-in regarding key collection.
In regards to the damage bond refund, this is automatically refunded from HomeAway 7-14 days after check-out unless a claim is made.
We will have our cleaner double check the shower head, we have had no other guest mention this.
