You'll love the relaxed beach feel with amazing views from almost every room. Airy and light filled open plan living spaces, polished floor boards and 3 double bedrooms, one with ensuite, Plus 4th bedroom with 1 single bed and trundle bed. Reading nook plus a single fold away ottoman. Large kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher, separate dining area and big living spaces. Private garden with big BBQ and umbrella. Rear lane access to garage. You will enjoy fabulous river views from the upstairs outdoor entertaining area, relax on a deck chair or find a cosy nook on the verandah. Hop across the road for a yummy breakfast at The Boat Shed or fine dine at Mumm's on the Waterfront. Enjoy our famous Pub "Fish & Chips Cone" or pop down to the fish co op for some fresh king prawns. A few minutes to the most stunning beaches and national park. Golf, tennis, kayak, fish, boating, all here for a fun and relaxing time. You'll end up coming back time and time again.

Good but

The house is very well located, place itself is pretty decent, nothing amazing but enjoyable. Cleaning had not been carried out on arrival, main bedroom and bathroom had been used previously.

Good location

While this house had an amazing location and (mostly) everything you need, does need some improvements, upstairs beds need replacing, no bbq although stated there was one, keys were hard to work out (out of the 10 or so keys, we only found 3 that worked). Photos of upstairs need updated also. However, all in all we really enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was very well equiped, close to pub and lovely deck to sit and watch the world go by. Would stay again.

Great location across from the river, pub, take away and restaurants are a very close walk. The property was clean, air conditioning worked well, didn't have any problems.

Great location. Good house for a family or two.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was super convenient and the house was spacious. Unfortunately we had to buy our own toilet paper and there were a few broken items but overall it was a great stay.
