The building is well suited to vacation rentals with an elevator, private garage, common area hot tub, first floor ski locker and great views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. Unit 605 is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit with full kitchen, WIFI and gas fireplace. Bedding in the property goes Queen bed in the Master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest bedroom and a Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living area. Winter getaway

Great property in a great location. We had a great trip and we’re able to ski at Breckinridge, Vail and Keystone which were all within 40 minutes of the condo.

Winter ski vacation

Frisco is a great location for a winter ski trip if you don't mind driving to the MTN. Lake Dillon is a great view as well.

Frisco for Christmas

Beautifuly maintained and exceptionallyclean unit was perfect for a small family Christmas experience even in the midst of this pandemic. Amazing views. Very comfortable!
