About this property

The house is located on 7 April avenue with extended yard access on to the block of 5 April Avenue. Sit under the tree canopy for a quiet picnic or take in the sounds of the bird wildlife

This property is situated in the second estate of Venus Bay with a short walk to either number 4 or 5 beaches. Directly across the road is a kids park and Van Cleef nature reserve. It is also in walking distance to the boat ramp located at Fisherman's Road for a day of great fishing.

A two-night minimum stay, enjoy free WIFI access. You'll love waking up to the sun-drenched living area, watch the sunrise through the trees. In the evening, watch the sunset on the deck then settle in for a movie in front of the fire.

There is a 2-night minimum stay catering for up to 4 adults and 4 children as the bunk beds and mattresses are suitable for a child's weight only. Property Features include:

Upstairs consists of:
* Lounge and dining area with a TV, kids toys, books, reverse cycle AC/heater in the main lounge and wood fire coonara.
* Separate powder room.
* Fully equipped kitchen including nespresso machine, Kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
* Large deck area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
* Master bedroom with walk in robe, ensuite, heating and cooling split system.

Downstairs consists of:
* One bedroom with queen bed
* One bedroom with two sets of bunks i.e., 4 single beds.
* Bathroom with shower and toilet.
* Laundry including washer / dryer machine and laundry trough.
* Second living area with TV, books, bar fridge.
* Portable heating and fans.

Bedding:
All beds have mattress protectors. Duvets and pillows are provided with covers however guests are asked to bring their own bed sheets, bath and beach towels. These can be provided for an additional fee, please contact the owner. Tea towels, basic pantry, cleaning products are provided.

Excellent place with some minor tweaks needed

The property was great overall. Could be improved further with a better fridge (existing one freezes fruit and veg no matter what setting is selected!), a tap and hose outside to clean sand off beach gear (if it exists we couldn't find it), and upstairs toilet door adjustment (kids needed help with it because it gets jammed). Minor suggestions only!

Amazing property

We stayed after Christmas in 2022. There were six adults and two young kids, everyone enjoyed our time in the lovely house. It pretty much had all we needed and then some, such as heaps of games both kids and grown ups could play. It was clean, tidy, and very spacious. Communication with the property manager was very easy and check-in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend this property for families!

Awesome

We had an amazing time in venus bay. Suzzanah was prompt and friendly to communicate with. House is close to everything in venus bay and also has the comforts if you are after somewhere to spend more time at the house.. the kids (aged 8 -13) loved the garage/games area.. so much so they were wanting to come home from the beach early to spend time in there! Thanks for a great stay. 👍
