Couple of nights with family
I am going to try and be diplomatic here as as lovely as Kerrie the owner is, any problems with the property falls upon the CLEANER. My apologies with using capitals but any problems with the property always referred back to the CLEANER as responsible for anything. On the check in process, an address was supplied but no entry details such as key safe position and PIN or other method of entry. Upon arrival we were unable to access the property as the CLEANER had inadvertently not left a door unlocked so that we could get a key off the kitchen table for later use. Luckily a very kind relative or friend walking his dogs past the shack knew the owner and let us in. Other things were none of the smoke alarms worked; pet hair on floors and couches; clumps of hair on bathroom floor; noodles on kitchen floor; bedside lamp was defective and kitchen plates, cutlery and BBQ were still dirty. I think the CLEANER needs to be replaced. Otherwise, great view and position, friendly neighbours, great hot shower and comfy beds. Also note the house backs onto a major highway so if you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs for sleeping.
