Ideal for corporate guests, StayCentral on Nott is comfortably tucked away on the fourth floor of the modern Bayshore complex on Nott St, Port Melbourne, that has an indoor pool, a gymnasium and extra storage facilities if needed, just 150m from the beach. The Bayshore complex runs right through to Bay St from Nott St on the western side.
Perfect for four, your StayCentral corporate apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, huge living and dining area, two bedrooms, an office area with a desk, a balcony, one bathroom and its own laundry facilities. Your boutique apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and a fully-equipped laundry and kitchen, as well as a 50” HD Smart TV. The balcony door and bedroom window allow fresh air into the apartment when you want it.
(Note from owner: This is where I come to relax. It is always so quiet in this apartment, the way it is set up always makes me feel like everything is done. If I want to eat out, I am on Bay St and can go low budget or high class. When I choose to eat in, I can source the ingredients within a four minute walk. If I want to go out, there is usually live music at one of the venues. When I go for a walk, if I turn left I am at the beach, when I turn right I am heading toward the city. And the cafes? Too many to choose a favourite!)
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarket on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and its continuous beaches. To the right you will find Station Pier (where the Spirit of Tasmania and the huge cruise liners dock) and several great seaside restaurants and hotels, and Beacon Cove. To the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.

This site only allows us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.
Within 30 days, the min stay is 3 days
30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 days
90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 days
We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.
Lower rates are available for longer bookings, and for stays that are booked well in advance.
Long-term stays are also welcome.
Pets are allowed in many of our properties, as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings.
We require a minimum security bond of $600, which will be pre-authorised (not charged) to your credit card several days before your arrival and released back automatically by your bank after your departure (subject to damage check). For much longer stays or other reasons, this amount may change and the bond will be deducted instead of pre-authorised. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.
Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
6:00am - 9:30am & 6:00pm - 9:00pm will be charged at $25.00; 9:00pm - 6am will be charged at $60.00
Very early check-in can only be secured well in advance by either booking the night before, or by paying an extra half-day rate; depending on the time of arrival.
