Location: Excellent. View: Spectacular. Noise: Loud but can compromise for the previous. Laundry facilities great. Kitchen: Here's where it goes down hill. Takes up to 20mins for stove hob to get hot enough to cook anything. Really old whitegoods.was'nt game to try oven. Sliding door to balcoñy the ultimate nightmare. Both myself and my guest friend pulled muscles in our arms trying to open and shut it. Overall cleansiest was below par. Cobwebs and spiders across interior of glass balcony. Yellow grout with mould around shower tiles. Basically only free tair television unlessyou have children then a few extra channels for thoem. OBasic complimentary supplies ok but when you get three different Suger brand pouches and one is that old that the paper is losing colour and the suger has gone hard.Well! Also it seemed that anything that was there has been left overs from previous renters. Michael the concierge was a delightful person. Tried very hard to accommodate us. Even with the location and the view I think it was overpriced for the condition it is in. Yes I would rebook it but only if the conditions were improved. Would appreciate that we were allowed access to two pass keys. Friend went out to dinner with daughter. I went to casino. Had to taxi back to let her in then uber back to casino. Sorry but this is what it is. Not worth the price I paid.

We are having the stove looked at as it was the first time anyone has reported it so I appreciate you letting me know. The stove is 6 months old so is working 100% perfectly. I am not sure what white goods are really old as it is a brand new fridge, microwave and washing machine?
We have had the balcony door triple glazed for our guest benefit. As a consequence the door is heavy as it has triple the amount of glass. Unfortunately not much we can do as the benefit of triple glazing has outweighed the inconvenience of having a heavy door.
In regards to the TV there are also many many channels available to you when using the Fetch box for FETCH TV.
The cleanliness issue is inexcusable and our Company has been spoken to in no uncertain terms about providing 5 star cleans each and every time.
