North Coast Lifestyle Properties, located in beautiful Brunswick Heads, manages over 60 properties spanning from Brunswick Heads to Hastings Point. Our staff is long-term locals/residents who take pride in our little section of coastal paradise & are excited to provide you with the opportunity to experience our area.

Located a flat walk to the beautiful South Golden Beach, Amaroo is an open plan 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, elevated timber home with polished timber floors.

The main bedroom has a queen bed & has a deck overlooking the garden area. The second bedroom also has a queen bed & a deck & the third bedroom has 2 x single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, electric cooktop, oven & dishwasher.

The property is fully screened, has both a washing machine & dryer & has a single lock-up garage.

Good location....not very clean

I do not think this property had been used for sometime.....it was not very clean especially the floors. The linen was clean. Lots of games, books and DVDs Quite well stocked with pots, pans and crockery Would we use it again.....no
