Adrian was so helpful and welcoming. The apartment has everything you need and more. The location is great we will definitely be back.
Lovely Host and Clean Apartment
Adrian is a lovely host! The apartment was really clean and had everything you could want in an inner city apartment including wifi and netflix! The beds are amazingly comfortable!!! We were 10 minute walk from the trams on Flinders Street. The apartment complex has a great heated pool and gym and with onsite parking which made our stay even more terrific! Thanks heaps to Adrian and family!

Great location and wonderful owners
We had a fabulous time in this apartment which was well located. The owners were very helpful and allowed a very weary traveller access to the apartment earlier than the stated checkin time. The apartment was comfy and well stocked. It took a few of the country girls a bit of time to get used to the traffic noise but the rest of us didn’t notice it.
We would most certainly stay there again. Thanks Adrian and Amy for looking after us.
What a great apartment !!
This really is a very spacious and clean apartment. 3 extra large bedrooms with a decent size kitchen.
Entry into the apartment is directly off City Rd so there is no time wasted using an elevator.
There is a Foodworks convenience store directly across the road.
Crown Casino and Sth Melbourne markets are no more than a 10 minute walk.
And Adrian the owner could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We will be definitely be coming back when we are next in Melbourne !!

Excellent property, good location, friendly owner
We had a great time a week in this property.
The owner was really accommodating, the property was so nice and in perfect location, close to everything.
Perfect location and size
We had a great stay at StreetSide! The location was perfect, a very short walk to Southbank and the Casino, walking distance to the CBD or trains, and lots of great restaurants close by. The apartment was clean, comfy and had plenty of space for our group (three couples), and Adrian was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. Parking was easy and we enjoyed having access to the gym and pool in the main apartment complex, as well as the convenience of direct access to the apartment straight off the street.
The apartmend is located in Central Melbourne with all the benefits, services and facilities one would expect in the centre of a major metropolis.
