Minimum age of primary renter:
- The Artisan has a maximum capacity of 6 people including all guests and visitors.
- We will require photo ID, and the names of each staying guest, before check in. This is for ID purposes only.
- We do have a strict "No Parties" policy and a "No Pets" policy
The Artisan is positioned in the South West corner of the Adelaide Central Business District. This area is the Restaurant and Cafe area of the city, with several great dining places in Gouger Street.
The Gilbert Street Hotel is just one of the several hotels in the area and has good pub meals, craft beers, local wines, and entertainment during the week and on weekends. And, don't worry, it won't interfere with your peaceful nights' sleep.
The Southern parklands are only a few steps away with a creek, ponds, flowers, walk paths and a playground.
There is a deli just around the corner.
The tram stop is 450m away and this can access Glenelg beach in one direction and through the city to the Entertainment centre in the other. The tram is free in the city.

We have been offering holiday accommodation for about 5 years and have won the Stayz (now Homeaway) "Peoples Choice Awards" for two of our places. We chose this house because of its location in the South West corner of Adelaide city. It's got the lot within walking distance. Restaurants, cafe's, shops, markets, gardens, public transport, parks, etc.
What makes this House unique
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen and living area, so you could live on this single level without going up stairs. The second level has the other two bedrooms and small second living area and a bathroom. And, then there is the rooftop deck with fish ponds, an outdoor TV, and a city view.
