Welcome to Subi Short Stays Studio Townhouse, a two level property well suited to singles or couples wishing to be situated in Subiaco or Wembley. Many of our guests for other properties choose this location for a variety of reasons including family reunions, weddings, hospital visitations, basketball, netball, swimming, and athletics. All of these facilities are within a short manageable 1.5 km drive or walk down Hay St.

After a visit to the cafes, restaurants, and shopping in Subi, a trip to the beach or Perry Lakes may be appropriate. Or you may choose to experience the serenity of Mabel Talbot Park just 100 meters down the lane. A lovely picturesque get-away.

The townhouse offers a very spacious air-conditioned main bedroom upstairs and lounge and kitchen with separate bathroom downstairs with easy access to the deck area and bbq.

The carport and laneway are just an easy step away.
Short or long term guests are welcome at Lansdowne Studio Townhouse.

Lovely and quiet
Locating the property initially was a bit difficult due to the lane access, but once found, it was a lovely quiet little hideaway. Amenities were all as described, providing an overall satisfactory stay.

Fantastic, central apartment!
This apartment was perfect for our stay. The location was really central and it was a great place to come 'home' to each night. It contained everything you could possibly ever need, and the owners were really great with communication etc. A little bit of noise from the road and carpark in the mornings, but overall reasonably quiet. Nice little outdoor area and really comfortable indoors. Highly recommended. :)

A cute little place.
Check in was relatively easy except for the gate was still locked on the inside. Clean and lovely little place that has everything you could need. Easy enough to find the laneway entrance but forget ordering uber eats or an under to the exact address they won't find it. Overall was great and would stay there again if I decide to visit Perth again.
