About this property

Located 20km from the seaside resort of Marmaris, the house offers all the calm of the countryside, benefits from the friendliness of the inhabitants of the village and allows you to go to çiflik beach - the most beautiful beach in the region.
The house is located near the center of the village, its café-restaurant and shops. The Friday market allows you to shop without leaving the village.
The panorama of the mountains and the village is splendid. the garden and the terrace offer all the possibilities of rest.

The house was built 14 years ago on a plot of approximately 2000m². On two levels, you will find on the ground floor an entrance with the staircase leading upstairs, an equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, lounge / dining room, a bathroom-WC and two bedrooms.
Each of the 2 levels is around 80m² and on the second floor you will find a bedroom, toilets and a 50m² terrace.
The master bedroom has a bed for 2 people and the possibility of an extra bed. the second bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with 2 single beds and the upstairs bedroom with 1 bed allows sleeping up to 6 people.
Outside, on either side of the house, you have a shaded and tree-lined side and on the other side, we installed in 2014 a round underground pool 6 meters in diameter. the outskirts developments have just been completed. You can view this using the links on the site (inside and outside the house)
Note that the village served as the filming location for a television series of Star TV -Hanim koylu-the 13 episodes are visible on You tube.

Traumhaftes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus war unvergesslich. Es bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, mitten in der Natur und umgeben von Bergen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Auch das Meer ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Der Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthalts war jedoch zweifellos der Pool, indem unser Sohn sogar schwimmen gelernt hat. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Mehmet und seinem Vater begrüßt, sie haben ein tolles Restaurant 50m vom Haus entfernt. Pascal, der Gastgeber, war sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns Empfehlungen für nahegelegene Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants dagelassen und die Kommunikation war überaus freundlich. Insgesamt war unser Familienurlaub ein Traum. Es war der perfekte Ort, um Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, die Natur zu genießen und in vollen Zügen zu entspannen. Wir können das Haus nicht genug empfehlen und hoffen, bald wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank Pascal für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Séjour très reposant en pleine nature

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la location de Bayir. La maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée et climatisée ce qui est très appréciable en plein été. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du salon de jardin et de la terrasse a l'étage pour prendre les repas. La vue sur le village de Bayir et sa mosquée est très belle nogamment au coucher du soleil. Le propriétaire nous a apporté beaucoup de précisions sur la maison et les visites a faire dans la région. La présence d'une épicerie et d'un restaurant à 50m de la maison est un plus.
