About this property

This is a completely renovated 2B/2B 2nd floor unit in a beautifully restored National style historical house. It is 1 block from the SJ McEnery Convention Center and incredibly close to everything downtown offers. SJSU, PwC, Oracle, Adobe, major hotels, theaters, SAP Center, Diridon Station, SJC, Japantown are all near by. Everything is new, resort quality linens, modern high-end interior, fully stocked kitchen electrical fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, onsite free parking and much more.

The space
Relax in our sunny, cozy living room under wood-paneled vaulted ceilings, or tuck yourself away in the reading nook with a cup of tea. Our space is perfect for a business trip – walk down the street to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.

Guest access
Your unit is on the second floor and has a private entrance. The main entrance to the second floor will be on the side of the house and is shared with another unit upstairs. Downstairs is a separate unit with a separate front entrance.

We will give you more detailed directions closer to check-in.

Another thing to note – as San Jose grows and large high-tech companies move in, our area is undergoing lots of transition. Like San Francisco, you will see both new developments popping up among historic older homes and homeless populations. We consider this to be a part of the neighborhood's changing identity, and hope you will appreciate the chance to witness it.

Noise. The apartment is located in a house that is close to freeway and SJ airport, might not be suitable for guests who are sensitive to noise.

Great little apartment in Downtown SJ

Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Great communication and follow through. Loved how clean the apartment was. Walking distance to tons of good restaurants and cafes.
