This beachfront home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 3 living areas, including a large beachfront balcony and a back deck overlooking a large pool. Multi-zoned living and entertainment areas offer ample space for everyone to have fun together and to relax and enjoy the breezes and chilled coastal vibes. There is a fully equipped kitchen to whip up your family feast, and a barbeque for steaks and the famous Mooloolaba prawns! The new upstairs deck or downstairs poolside area offer fantastic outdoor options for dining.

Great family getaway

Very spacious house , very clean, close to shops and cafes. Amazing pool. Very relaxing holiday . Only wish we could have swam across the road at the beach and would be absolutely perfect!

Perfect Location

We had the most amazing time at Sot’s property! The house was well equipped, clean and lots of space for our group of friends. The kids had a great time in the pool and the room downstairs with a tv was great for quiet time in the afternoon. The location was second to none! Walking proximity to local cafes, shops, the surf club and can not get any better with the beach across the road!

Family holiday

Sot was so helpful with our very late booking. The house was very open large areas , multiple eating areas easy relaxed living . The pool was excellent with plenty of lounging furniture too. I would recommend this home for a family visit to the coast. The beach was wild while we were there but a short drive to Moolooabar to a sheltered beach. Great area for walking/running.

Relaxing Family Holiday

The house is in a perfect position with sea views and beautiful walks. A number of coffee shops within manageable walking distances. The house was well set out with numerous places to relax. Huge kitchen that was perfect for our needs. Large pool that we enjoyed thoroughly. All areas inside and out the property are well looked after. We will definitely be back here.

She likes nothing better than a morning beach walk, splashing in the ocean and pool with the kids and Mr Sot - and languid days reading and watching the ever changing ocean and vibrant beach life from her oceanfront perch with a good cup of coffee.
