Home needs much maintenance and should not have been on VRBO for rent!
Worst rental and experience ever from the very beginning.
Owners welcome arrival message and how to obtain key was without code to key box! Took us 3 hours to find a code for key box.
Owner only gave us a single key and would not respond for requests for an additional key.
Home smells of dirty dog and mice…neighbors told us the owner trains dogs there for people and kept pet mice. You can imagine the smell!
Owner gave us an incorrect WiFi network and password…and would not assist us in getting on WiFi.,,we had to start over and three days later we finally had WiFi.
Owner sent unknown people to work on the home without notifying us himself and without proper notice.
Cabinets and handles were dirty and sticky!
Carpets were full of pet dander, small flies and both carpet and pad needed replacing!
Furnace was unusable and needed maintenance and filter…when we tried using it..it was so loud and became hot upstairs while still cold downstairs!
Furniture was different than photos in advertisement and was missing pieces.
Kitchen faucet barely works and needs replacing.
No garage. Owner had it full of junk.
Owner did not supply any information on strict HOA rules…speed signage is poor and we apparently received a ticket for going 26 mph in a 20!
This was a vacation from hell…it took us a month to find another place…we finally were able to find another home to rent and left this property on February 20th
