Excellent location for this property with a balcony with an ocean view. Parking facility included make it very easy to get in and get out. The property owner made the complete process so easy.

Good place to stay with kids

WE stayed here for two weeks. The condo is neer the beach. Océan réserve is a good place .

Best place in the area !

Dont look further, this is a great spot for the family. The unit was hyper-clean upon arrival. We had some questions and Charlie was easy to reach and had all the solutions. So well located, 5 min. from the beach, Publix, Aventura Mall and lot of good restaurants. I would highly recommand. Ne cherchez plus, ce condo est magnifique et idéal pour 4 personnes. C'était très propre à notre arrivée et Charlie s'est occupé de nous comme des rois. Il est situé à seulement 5 min. de la plage à pied. Je le recommande fortement, vous ne serz pas déçu.
