Great apartment,close to everything. Be aware there is only 1 key/fob to apartment (a bit inconvenient if people in group want to go their own way and arrive at different times during day). Walls do not reach ceiling,so sounds and light might interfere with other guest in group.

Great Stay in Perfect Location on the Waterfront

Very comfortable, light, airy, and roomy apartment in a secure building downtown on the waterfront. Comfortable bed in the main bedroom and an additional single in another we didn't use. Full kitchen w/ dishwasher and W&D for clothes. Well appointed and stylish. Close to ferry terminal for trips to outlying islands, dozens of good restaurants nearby, easy walk to train station and shopping right at hand.

Great stay, excellent location but basin pop up plug was not working and deposit still not repaid

We stayed in the unit to attend a workshop for work. The location of the apartment was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to everything! The apartment was neat and tidy. Getting into the unit was a bit complicated but that was understandable and made us feel very safe. However, the pop up plug of the basin in the bathroom was not working. We could not open the plug once we used it and had to try and make do without using the basin which was really not ideal. I am also still waiting for my hefty deposit to be refunded!

Management Company let owners down

The apartment is in a perfect location (Princes Wharf) but gets no sun while we were there (mid-winter). We enjoyed our stay except for one issue. When we arrived we couldn't find remote controller for the heat pump. Given it's winter we wanted to be able to heat the property, so notified the management company (TSH Rentals?) and a series of communications by phone, text and email followed over the next two days, until a very helpful young man appeared with two heaters. We felt a solution should have been achieved much more quickly than that, given the winter temperatures.

Great Apartment

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Good location, everything nearby and easy to get to and from places. Apartments was clean and had everything we needed.
