We had a wonderful time and the house is beautiful and the view was stunning of the mountains out of the bay window. Plenty of space inside and out. It is quite and peaceful. It was just what I needed to recharge my batteries and be in nature.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house is even more charming than in the photographs and all the amenities were as advertised. We will definitely stay at this property again.
Very pretty cottage, well maintained.
We really enjoyed our stay and there are plenty of activities in the village nearby.
I have rented many cottage over time, I have never seen any owner responding so fast to messages with such a level of details. Big thanks Izabella!
We loved our stay at the cottage, as soon as we came in everything was spotless and organized with care. We had everything we needed and there was ample room for our 3 families. The host responds very quickly and even came over in a matter of minutes to help us plug netflix for the kids
Our group has long loved reading about the Eastern Townships in author, Louise Penny’s books about Three Pines and Inspector Gamache. The idea of visiting the area burbled for a while, and we finally did it — and stayed at the best farmhouse in the area!
The farmhouse and property were beyond beautiful! It is a spacious house, with large comfortable bedrooms, superbly equipped kitchen, lovely setting in the country, and two outdoor cats that visited the porch each day.
Located in Mansonville, it was the perfect starting point for our day trips to Magog (and the Abbeye), Knowlton-Lac Brome, Compton, Lac Brompton-St. Denis-de-Lac Brompton, and the area. We had so many choices for places to go and things to do and see. We got to the Lac Brome Book store with its Louise Penny nook; visited an organic fromagerie (cheese factory) in Compton; saw the big round barn, the bakery and restaurant in Mansonville, and visited downtown Magog.
The beautiful fireplace in the house warmed us up on a rainy night. The view from the kitchen — the mountains, the woods, the stable, the riding ring and the tractor were delightful.
It was picture perfect and we could not have found a lovelier place for our “holiday home.” We’d all come back in a blink and will be sure to tell our other friends what a wonderful stay we had!
Thank you, Izabellam for sharing this lovely space with us!
What a beautiful home, even nicer than in the photos! We loved our weekend there, so tranquil! We had everything we needed and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. Thank you Izabella!
The place was nice, roomy and clean.. Plenty of cooking gear and great views. I found the beds a bit short for me being 6'2". Laundry on site was nice and the host was readily available and friendly
Propre, calme, terrain magnifique.
We absolutely loved our stay! The house is spacious, cozy and comfortable with views out every window. The property is plentiful with trails to explore for hours.
Izabella is a lovely host and we look forward to our next visit!

We love it when visitors come, say ``WOW``, and enjoy our beautiful outdoors. We are nature lovers and it gives us great pleasure to watch kids run around in nature. We are happy to provide a comfortable house in a magnificent place for our visitors.
Why they chose this property
Our house is big and comfortable; visitors can spend time together or find quiet spots for themselves. There is plenty of room for friends and families to play together and to work quietly. We have a very big property: forest to walk in, pastures to look at; one can immerse oneself in nature and not have to go anywhere else to slow down and relax.
The porch is big and has beautiful views. There is a BBQ.
What makes this property unique
Visitors can walk and explore our 60 acre property : pasture, forest trails, access to river Missisqoui.
