Beautiful, newly remodeled single family home located on 0.33 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood. Private entrance guest suite is located on the ground floor and includes a furnished bedroom, sunroom and full bathroom. Self check in via key pad.
Swim up suite has a privacy fence and direct access to the pool, large patio and fire pit. OIncludes mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee pot and work station. Complimentary coffee, water, mints, chocolates and beer or wine for guests over 21. Laundry and cleaning available for stays over seven (7) days.

Best Vacation Ever

This cute little one bedroom oasis was perfect for my trip to Tallahassee. Everything was perfect and the owner always made sure I was comfortable and that someone was available if anything went wrong (nothing went wrong). Having access to a private pool at such an affordable price is so rare. If I get the chance to come back, I would definitely stay here again (and again and again.)

great 4 days

We were there for our daughter graduation . Very easy communication with owner. She was checking on us all the time to make sure everything is ok. Very clean, she had temperature that we like, H2O and bottle of wine ready. It was very quiet . In our case literally 3 miles from everywhere so about 5-10 min drive depends of traffic. We did not use pool but it was avaialble to us. I would recomended to anyone.
