Welcome to the Little Brick House (LBH)! You will love the completely updated chef's kitchen, wet bar and breakfast nook, two bedrooms and two full brand new bathrooms, plus plenty of outdoor patios, lush gardens and privacy, and all the charm to last you a lifetime! The primary bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a desk if you *must* work while you're with us. The LBH is the perfect location; peaceful neighborhood in walking distance to restaurants, bars, nightlife, golfing, shopping, galleries, spring training, hiking, running/walking trails, parks, lakes, freeway access, and more! The Giants Spring Training field is 1.5 miles away, Dbacks, Rockies, A's, Cub's and more less than 7 miles away! Waste Management Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show are all 13 miles away. Talking Stick Casino/resort, Butterfly Wonderland, OdySea Aquarium are 6 miles away. Bike, golf cart, or walk to Old Town Scottsdale - or rideshare very easily!

Great Location

This was a delightful place to stay. Well equipped, comfortable, and located near old downtown Scottsdale. Beautiful flora and large back yard patio area. Very clean laundry area. Quiet neighborhood.

Nice location and great value

The house is clean and well situated with easy access to so many things to do. The owner is great to work with and was very responsive to questions. We loved the shady back yard.

Wonderful place

The LBH is a very nice "home away from home". It included everything we needed & the enclosed yard was just great for for spending time outdoors with the dogs. The neighborhood is very nice for walking with the dogs too. Most people we passed were very friendly and waved or spoke to us. Having Old Town Scottsdale so close by was also a plus. Thanks Chianne for offering such a nice place to vacation.

Great location...the backyard is ideal for our dogs and hanging out..clean house

The property was very clean, well located and well maintained. It was stocked with just about everything we needed. Chianne was very responsive with our questions. We will definitely stay here again on our travels to Scottsdale...

I'm originally from South Africa, but have spent 20 years in the states, mostly in beautiful Scottsdale. My heart also belongs to San Francisco, where I spent over three years after college, so you'll see a touch of the Bay in the LBH too!
