1- NO loud music after 10 pm
2- $300 fee per day for smoking inside house
3-$500 fee for parties in the house
4- Guest takes full responsibility for all pets actions a pet fee of $25 per day collected before check in. If not paid before check this will cause a non refundable cancelation.
5-Only 1 cars allowed in parking space, everything else will be towed
6-Locals most contact host before booking.
7- Only the 2 guest staying on the property are allowed. All guest must be declared. Any undeclared guest will charged an additional $40 per day.
8-Additional $75 cleaning fee for excessively dirty home.
9- $45 late check out fee for 30 minutes passed check out, If you stay longer the 2 hours passed check out we will charge a full day rate and this does not allow you to stay on the property. This is just a penalty.
10- Any person not following the rules, will have their stay terminated.
11- Only the person who booked can check in into their reservation.

Fantastic place to stay

This place was clean and the small yard on the side of the house was a great place for my dogs to play in, the communication from Carlos was on point and he was very attentive to making sure that we were taken care of. The only downside was that the cooktop only one burner worked and the toaster was smoking a lot when we tried to make bread, not a big deal to me but it might be for someone else. I would definitely book this place again.

Nice Pet Friendly Spot

This is a side studio on a ground-level building with it's own individual side entrance. It seems like there are two other rentals in the home, each with their own designated entrance and parking space (there's a gate in the front). The walls are solid so you don't hear the other guests. There is a backyard of pebbles that's not much to it but I was traveling with my dog so was nice to be able to let him out right there. The neighborhood was residential and near downtown Miami. There's a Walgreens and family dollar right up the road and Winn Dixie a mile or so. Other areas nearby didn't seem quite as great but I felt very safe at this rental where it was located. Easy proximity to the airport (could see the planes take/off landing). The bed was VERY VERY Comfortable. Normally I wake up with backspin but not once did this happen during my stay. Really great bed, flat screen TV, and remote controlled AC unit. Marble counters in kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and a hot plate to cook (no stove, but this was more than enough for us). Be aware the plumbing is very sensitive in this unit and connects to the adjacent rental. Communication with Carlos was great. We booked last minute and he was quick to send over instructions for the key pad entry, directions, etc... and checked in to make sure everything was going good. There was a complimentary bottle of wine which was very nice too. Wifi worked well . Overall, if you need a nice, clean spot for a few days while visiting Miami this is a great price, comfortable, and close to everything.
