Lakefront Dream Home w/ Boat Dock! Entertain Family in Luxury Accommodations!

Treat your family and friends to a fabulous lake vacation that will sure to be a memory-maker for everyone! This custom-built Luxury Home was designed with entertaining large groups in-mind from the top-level to the boat dock! It is located in Osage Beach close to all of the lake area's top attractions from restaurants and shopping to entertainment, sight-seeing. and a number of golf courses.

The main-level boasts an incredible gourmet kitchen, hearth room, and open sitting area. Two King Master Suites flank each side of the home with ultra-lux baths sure to spoil you when you're ready to relax. The private office provides separation and quiet should you need to touch base with business back home. Just off of the kitchen and hearth rooms is the uppermost Lakeside Deck which features a sitting/ dining area, hot tub, and large grill.

As you follow the large staircase toward the middle level, your jaw will drop as you see what I refer to as the "Grand Lobby" of sorts! This huge room with soaring ceilings and Lake views features a high-end bar and sitting area, a large fireplace, and TV & Gaming areas. Whatever your family and friends enjoy, you'll find it here! The mid-level outdoor seating area might be my favorite. Comfortably cushioned lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table provide an awesome social setting under-roof and out of the sun.

Also on the mid-level are a Bunk Room and Private Queen Bedroom. The bunk room is a favorite for the kids as it features two 3-level Full-Sized Bunk Beds! Twelve kids could have the ultimate camp-out here looking out the large windows over the Lake. The Queen Bedroom features a comfortable bed, ceiling fan, and just outside both bedrooms is a full shared bath with a fantastic shower.

Another stairway takes you to the lower level where a private large bedroom offers two queen beds to sleep up to four adults. Just outside is yet another full bath! The patio outside provides for a third outdoor living area even closer to the Lake.

Just out back is a thin grassy area between the house and sea wall where you could enjoy outdoor games such as bean bags or washers. A cart-path along the side of the house provides for easy access from the driveway out front to the back yard / lowest level.

The Boat Dock provides two open slips sized 12x40 and 16x44’ for the boat(s) you bring along or rent during your stay. The dock also features a sun deck area with a high dive and staircase ladder. Our guests thoroughly enjoy swimming and playing in the lake. Bring those water-toys!

The over-sized, 3-car garage offers indoor parking for your vehicles. The driveway offers space for up to 3 additional vehicles and there is also off-street parking for 2 more smaller vehicles if needed.
