Welcome to our cozy little beach house in the Siam Royal View village on Koh Chang. This is the perfect place relax and unwind and spend some quality time with the people you love. Our house (house 1A) has one of the best locations in the Siam Royal View village with only 15 meters to the beach, less than 50 meters to the swimming pool and both The Beach Club and the Little Sunshine restaurants nearby. The house has 3 bedroom, all with their own bathroom, a living room / kitchen and a lovely terrace overlooking the garden, beach and sea.

We loved the house, beach and swimming pool

We really enjoyed or stay here. The kids were playing on the beach and in the swimming pool and we had a couple of very nice meals in the restaurant. We'll be back soon!

Best location on the beach!

Before getting into the details of my experience. Let me just say I would book this property again in a minute and would have stayed longer but was unable to due as it was already booked. Its sits right next to the only restaurant on the property and has amazing ocean views. The bay it sits in is vast and very shallow which makes it ideal for families. The owner and property manager had excellent response times to any of our needs. There are two things I would like future travellers to understand before booking. First, the lay out of the house is very unusal. The ground rooms are laid out in a row as follows..Kitchen, master bedroom, door, master bathroom, door, bedroom (with it's own bathroom). The back bedroom also has a door to exit the house. If the master bedroom is occupied the occupants in the back bedroom must exit though the back door and then circle the house to enter the front door to the kitchen. If this was during the rainy season it could be an annoyance. The same applies for the 3 bedroom that is on the second floor and is accessible only by the outdoor stairs attached to the side of the home. It would be nice to see a layout online before booking. We were 3 couples and 2 children and deciding it would be better to rent an additional home to give us all a little more privacy. Second thing please note the master bath sits lower than the 2 adjacent bedrooms. There is a 1 inch (3cm) clip in both of its doorways that caused all of to stub our toes multiple times. Please be careful. Again all that said, it was a wonderful experience and reccomend it.

Very nice place!

Very nice house and very beautiful sea and very very nice sunset in the evening on the front of the house, and big swimming poor here, everything is very perfect good for come stay here nice places and very nice people here.
