Or are you just looking at staying in a nice vacation rental and visit the theme parks? This property is the one for you. It’s located 25 minutes from Disney World. About 25-30 minutes from Legoland. The nearest Walmart is 2 min drive only from the property. And if you like fishing, there is a dock inside the community where you can fish and enjoy wonderful water views. This home can accommodate up to 8 guests. It’s located in the gated community of Calabay Parc @ Tower Lakes. You will enjoy the private pool, the covered lanai. The well-equipped game room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook, a dining table, a laundry (washer and dryer). And if you have little ones, we have child safety alarms on the doors going to the pool deck. Bedroom configuration: Master (full bed) with ensuite. Second master (full bed) with ensuite (accessible shower). Two rooms with twin beds share the third bathroom. The property just got new floors and looks amazing. Don’t waste any more time: book your next vacation, you will not regret it. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *Pool heating is not included in our rates. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. We’re thrilled to host you at one of our beautiful vacation homes! To ensure your stay is as smooth, safe, and enjoyable as possible, we’ve outlined a few important guidelines below. These rules are designed to protect your comfort and the quality of your experience.

What to Expect Before Check-in:
After booking, you’ll receive a quick registration form to complete digitally.
We’ll ask for a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify your reservation.
We also require a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card. This step helps us verify the card and ensure all details match the reservation.
A digital door code will be provided after verification is complete.
At least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important House Rules:
No smoking and no pets are allowed inside any of our properties.
The home is for vacation use only — it cannot be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team has the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card:
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues reported.
Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional):
Pool heating is available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, and temperature may vary based on weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
By VRBO, you agree to the cancellation policy as listed on your booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations
