This unit is renovated in a contemporary/modern decor. Walk a 1/2 mile to Siesta Village for restaurants, shops and nightlife. The #1 Beach in the U.S (according to Dr. Beach) is just a 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute car ride from your accommodations.

TripAdvisor's Best Beach in U.S 2016 & 2017. Siesta Beach is approximately 6 miles long of powder white sand. Every day hundreds of walkers, joggers, bike riders pass by on the water's edge. Along the beach there are a variety of sea birds such as egret, sandpiper, herons and of course sea gulls. Many days dolphins can be seen feeding and playing just off the beach along with the occasional manatee. The Gulf of Mexico shallow depths make it a very popular beach as walking hundreds of feet offshore the depth barely reaches six feet.

Enjoy the private patio in the evening, after a BBQ on the Weber Grill. Stroll down to beautiful Siesta Beach for sunset.

Enjoy over 25 golf courses in Sarasota. Or take a short drive to St. Armand's Circle for some upscale shopping and dining.

Great getaway stay

Siesta

The place was a great little house. Nice fenced in yard for our dog to run around in. they have ever thing you need for a stay by the beach. just bring your clothes, food and drinks. The owner was very easy to work with regarding the stay. I would definitely stay there again when visiting there.

Very lovely house!

Place was clean, very comfortable beds. We enjoyed every day being in there. Owner provided with everything in the house. Only inconvenience was that not that close to the nearest beach in walking distance, need car or other transportation, but other that that definitely recommend 👍.

Dog friendly beach house

Dog friendly beach house near siesta key village. Very convenient with a yard. We will be back. Close to everything. Great owners. Easy to communicate with.

Why they chose this property

Close enough to The Village to walk (1/2 mile). Less than a mile to beach. We are a boutique-style property, with just 4 units located in a mostly residential area.
