About this property

This downstairs condo located in the heart of Oklahoma City is a perfect place for a work getaway or a weekend trip. Modern Decour with a little country theme will help you relax, and the private patio will allow you to get some fresh air. The Dix on 34th has off street parking that's right in the back! its close to all the great parts of OKC including Western avenue, midtown, uptown 23rd and downtown. It's also close to Remington park and the softball hall of fame! Feel free to relax and make yourself at home in this great condo!
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM Sunday through Thursday. Additionally quiet hours are from 12 AM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside. Any gas to smoke any product inside will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Great stay

The place is so spacious. Clean. You can pretty much hear your neighbors very easily but it wasnt an issue for me and everyone who stayed here was respectful and its not like anyone went out of their way to be noisy. Beds are super comfortable. Randy was very accepting of me bringing my dog which i asked about last minute. And was also understanding about me checking out about 30 minutes later. Randy was very understanding to the fact i overslept because I work nights. No issues getting in. Definitely 10/10. Oh! And lovely part of town

Vintage Charm with all the Updates

Loved this property. It is a piece of history updated with everything you need for a cozy stay. Location is amazing-close to many attractions. Private parking was a bonus. I will return.

family vacation

we really enjoyed the rental. It was a beautiful place and pretty easy to get to. the parking as pre warned was a bumpy ride but we went ahead and parked on the street after first night. The condo was clean and ready to go when we arrived.
