Perfectly located on Noosa Hill this newly renovated home boasts unforgettable views out over Noosa Main Beach, Laguna Bay, Noosa National Park, Noosa North Shore, Noosa River and beyond to the Hinterland. Sleeping up to 8 guests across large 4 bedrooms this breezy classic Noosa beach house is fresh, very comfortable and waiting for your arrival.

Just a couple of minutes drive or a short 15 minute walk to Noosa’s famous Hasting Street with beautiful restaurants, bars and specialty shops.

From the entry/ground level enjoy the generous north facing light filled open plan living area, offering a very large lounge area for socialising, dining for up to 8 and a bar area which flows out to a large terrace with outdoor lounge and dining seating, this is the perfect place to enjoy Noosa’s amazing sunsets.

Also on this level you will find two great size bedrooms (bed 3 is a queen, bed 4 can be a king OR 2 x singles) and the main bathroom. Laundry and private pool, ideal for pulling up a sun lounge and reading a book.

On the first/top level you will find the main bedroom (queen) with ensuite and kitchenette as well as the 2nd bedroom (queen).

There is off street parking for two cars. Please note we have an external security camera that covers the driveway.
