House with about 750m2 of land. Located on the slope of the Garcia D’ávila castle, in the middle of nature, a quiet place for those looking for a little more peace and 5 minutes from Praia do Forte for those looking for fun.
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 en suite, air conditioning in all rooms. American kitchen, balcony, 3 toilets, 1 of which is outside the house. The American kitchen is integrated into the living room and one of the balconies. It has 2 balconies, green area and swimming pool. It is very well equipped to meet the best expectations of your family / friends. Clean and airy house, decorated with beautiful solid wood furniture and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Maid or cook services may be requested extra. Garage for 2 cars.

Note: Condominium is located on the side of the Garcia D’ávila castle, down next to the Beira do Rio restaurant.

Aconchegante em meio a natureza

A casa é adorável, 2 quartos, sendo 1 suíte, com bom tamanho, sala ampla e integrqda com a cozinha. Área da piscina bem confortável com acesso direto ao Quioque, e que quiosque viu, com Churrasqueira, mesa de snooker, jogos. Casa super bem equipada. Não precisa levar nada. A decoração foi bem pensada em todos os ambientes. TV funciona bem, internet na casa é boa, mas na área do quiosque poderia ter um repetidor de sinal. Anne sempre se mostrou disponível como anfitriã. Dona Tonha todos os dias passava para recolher o lixo e perguntar se estava tudo bem, e ainda encomendavamos com ela pãezinhos recheados com queijo e presunto e pastéis. O acesso é melhor logo após a ponte do Rio Pojuca, pous pelo Castelo é mais longe e mais acidentado. Asorei a semana, pude descansar, ir na vila de praia do forte, na praia há 10 minutos de carro. Recomendo !!!
